Stephan, massive respect to you. You're very courageous to be able to share this. You and I met in Vancouver airport as you were flying off to Dubai (3 years ago) and I was asking if you needed help in Dubai – which is where I lived at that time. When I left my corporate career and started my online journey, I had the same issues of having wrong people around me, guiding me on unethical practices. The temptation was simply too great. Thank god I wasn’t successful with those practices and eventually I found the right way. Once again, massive kudos to you for sharing this.

This. This is why I highly respect you and continue to follow you. You continuously push yourself today to do the right thing regardless of the level of difficulty. It takes an immense amount of courage and strength to be this open, vulnerable, and transparent. I think you came to realize at some point that there is no better approach to this than continuing your practise. Transparency. And it works like a charm. You remind all of us that it’s okay to be imperfect. It’s okay to make mistakes. It’s inevitable. It’s human. And it can also be a gift, as failures, rejections, or mistakes help us see what we need to work on and challenges our behaviour in the present moment. We understand you. It’s hard not to. It’d be hypocritical of anyone to point at another persons weaknesses as if they’re free of their own. Thank you for reminding us of this and being an example of this. I’m impressed and in awe of this kind of courage. I see this as handling the ego with grace. I'm sorry that you needed to go through this. The problem with building a personal brand is that as you grow, you might make mistakes, and there will always be those who live to bring others down.
